Chateau De Chief's Sammie "Buca"; CGC, TT, CD-a, ROM breeding due to take place Mid April 2008 & puppies "Expected" Mid June 2008 & ready for their new homes around August- September 2008. These puppies will be of EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY. CH. Shadow & CH. Buca have produced "Multiple dogs of Quality ( size, health, looks, etc)" from previous litters. All puppies will have Beautiful Heads, Big Bone Mass, Very Typey. CH. Shadow & CH. Buca have produced "Multiple CHAMPIONS" "Champion Pointed" & beloved companions. (Click on the pictures to the right and below to see CH. Shadow/ CH. Buca progeny) Males expected to be between 30+ in. at the shoulder & weigh between 115-140+ pounds, at maturity. Females expected to be 29ins.- 30 ins. & anywhere from 90+ to 110+ pounds, at maturity (which is 3 years of age.) Colors will be Blk/Red and Blk/Tan. Coat types of this litter will be Plush and Long Coated. We require all potential King puppy owners to fill out a Puppy Request Form & a Puppy Questionnaire. A NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT must accompany the forms. The deposit is NONREFUNDABLE but is TRANSFERRABLE to an ALTERNATE or SUBSEQUENT ROYAL MAJESTY KING SHEPHERD LITTER. Our puppies are sold way before they are even born. Occasionally someone decides that this is not the right time in their life right now for a puppy and one might become available. A deposit will place your name on our current waiting list. Pet qulaity/companion puppies range in price from $1,350.00-$1,550.00 show/breed/pick puppies (depending on breeding rights) range in price from $1,650.00 and up.
Show/breed/pick puppies are the puppies that resemble the breed standard the closests, i.e. (large bone, wide front, big head, wide rear, sound movement coming & going, nice ear set, etc.) If you are interested in showing/breeding, please request a pick/show/breed prospect. All Pick/Show/Breed Puppies are sold on Co-Ownership/Breeder's Terms. No exceptions. Reason: The King Shepherd Breed is a Breed that is still "very much in development." If you do not understand "breeder's terms" please ask and "breeder's terms" will be "explained" in detail, the "responsibilities of both parites involved; i.e. Purchaser(s) & Breeder.).
Pet/companions are not for breeding. AKSC Limited Registration papers will be ISSUED to owners of Companion Quality Puppies ONLY after a certificate of proof/written statement from a licensed veterinarian of spay/neuter has taken place & has been issued to the breeder. If you are not sure, ask for a puppy in between that can always be re-evaluated and upgraded depending on how the puppy is maturing.
Up gradeable puppies are issued AKSC Limited Registration (With the option to Up Grade to Full Breed Registration) & on CO-Ownership until evaluation is complete.
ROYAL MAJESTY KING SHEPHERDS IS AN AKSC RECOMMENDED BREEDER
*ATTENTION-The AKSC considers the King Shepherd Breed to be a work in progress ( development for improvement by the AKSC Recommended Breeders/AKSC Active Supportive Member Breeders). The AKSC will not condone or be responsible for puppies/dogs acquired from individuals who have been discharged (removed, dismissed) from all AKSC privileges and who additionally mislead by stating and or claiming "...in their opinion" a Breed Club Championship is not a "True" testament or relevant in determinig Breed Type in the King Shepherd Breed. A sound breeding program should be developed with mentors; those who have years of experience and extensive knowledge on the particular breed, behind them. A breeding program SHOULD NOT begin with minimal knowledge on the dog, their background, and their conformation. Breeding is definitely not a "sport" that should be based on a whim.

from "so-called breeders" who
* Cannot provide "official" American King Shepherd Club (AKSC)
registration for their litters
* Do not "ACTIVELY" support the King Shepherd Breed or the American King

* Are not mentored by an AKSC Recommended Breeder
* Are not American King Shepherd Club Recommended Breeders/Active AKSC Members
* Are unethical breeders
* Breed inferior specimens of the breed, i.e. faulty structure, head
types and temperaments
* Breed two King Shepherd together just because they have access to two
King Shepherds with no regard to type, temperament, soundness and size
